The only details kept on file are those entered under our sign up, which are used to supply health and safety information to your email through the provision of newsletters.   We safeguard this information and it is not available to anyone other than the JSC Secretary.  We will only disclose your information in the manner permitted by our registration or when required to do so by law.   Should you wish to access this information or amend at any time, please contact us by email enquiries@jerseysafetycouncil.co.uk

A cookie will store data on the user's hard drive whilst they visit a website and does not disclose personal information.  When the browser is closed, the cookie is destroyed.

Use of information
We use our records of pages that have accessed through the use of google analytics to provide us with visitor trends that enable us to enhance the guidance on offer and improve the website information.  At no time do these records provide us with any information, it is totally anonymous.
