Coronavirus and workplace safety on the Jersey Health and Safety Inspectorate website

The UK government, in consultation with industry, has produced guidance to help ensure workplaces are as safe as possible.

These sector specific guides cover a range of different types of work.

Many businesses operate more than one type of workplace, such as an office, factory and fleet of vehicles. You may need to use more than one of these guides as you think through what you need to do to keep people safe.

In addition to the guides, a risk assessment template is provided together with a poster to display in your workplace to show you have followed the guidance.

It is easy to become focused on COVID-19 in the business.

Please don't neglect the normal, everyday health and safety risks.
